To best serve you, all return information can be found below.

To keep our returns completely fair from one person to the next, we no longer offer exceptions to our return policy:

E-Mail Lauren@ShopSimplicity.net with your name, order number and item(s) you would like to return.
Prepare your item(s) in completely sealed, weatherproof packaging with your name and order number inside.
Clothing must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. Any clothing impacted by environmental damages will be sent back to the customer at their cost. (Smoke, pet dander, deodorant marks, perfume, odor, missing tags, snags, signs of wear, etc.)
Returns require a post office timestamp within 7 calendar days of your original package delivery date. This delivery date can be seen by clicking your order's tracking number.
If your order was placed via local pickup, you may mail your return or drop your item(s) back off to our mailbox within 7 calendar days of your fulfillment email notice.
If you are unsure of a date related to your order, I am happy to provide that for you.

Please notify me VIA email when your return item(s) have been shipped, so I can retrieve the package from our PO Box promptly.
All shipping costs associated with an order are the customers responsibility.
The following items are not returnable: mystery items, items purchased with a previous return credit (partial or full), items discounted 40% or more, all preorder and custom items. If other sales are final, that information will be noted in the product description and/or social media advertisement. Any Final Sale items returned to us will not be processed.
Returns are processed as a shop credit within 3 business days (M-F) of receiving.

CLAIMING A DAMAGED ITEM:
Please send a photo of the damaged item to Lauren@ShopSimplicity.net
Damages must be presented within 7 days of package delivery for postage orders, and 7 days of fulfillment notice for local pickup orders.
Credits or replacements will not be offered for contact made beyond the timeline listed above.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you just placed an order by mistake, please send us an email immediately.

Orders are processed and shipped quickly, so immediate communication is necessary in order to have an order (or single items) cancelled.
Order cancellations are processed as a return, and you will receive a shop credit for any cancelled items.
If a direct-to-card refund is preferred, a 20% fee will be added to cover our processing charges.
PREORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.
